Our joint partnership with Canadian based Novo Technologies sees the inclusion of CallGuard into Novo Technology’s  NovoPCI™ solution portfolio. Novo Technologies is a leading innovator and supplier of flexible, cost-effective and adaptable call recording and quality monitoring solutions for contact centres across North America.

Ground Labs

Ground Labs is renowned for Card Recon and Enterprise Recon, its cardholder data discovery software solutions for PCI DSS compliance.These are powerful tools that will accurately detect cardholder data stored within contact centre environments. Our partnership includes the introduction of both companies’ technologies to each other’s customer base and also encompasses development work on additional products.

Liaison

Veritape and Liaison are Tokenization Partners. Our CallGuard technology has been integrated with Protect™ Token Manager, Liaison’s industry-leading Format Preserving Tokenization™ solution. This integration allows call centres using CallGuard to accept credit card numbers over the phone, to instantly tokenize the numbers and insert the tokens into applications to help take order entry and processing applications out of scope for PCI DSS compliance and audits.
